cuts to medicare/social security in exchange for tax increases

    I dont think anyone in congress actually wants to pay down the debt to be honest.

    No it won't. It wont do any harm, those bastards aren't creating jobs anyway.

    Anyway, they sure as phuck aren't going to create any now.

    It's going to hurt small business the most. It's not like there just gonna go tax millionaires here..


    Like I said earlier this week, the US has the highest corporate tax rate in the world, yet some corporations can find enough deductions to pay next to nothing...

    Cut deductions/loop holes and you have you "extra" taxes.

    Maybe you are but Obama and the Dems want to spend it, regardless of their political talking points.

    Better yet, do all three, attack the problem from both ends, and get back on track quicker. Taxes are the lowest in modern history. We can't get something for nothing.

    Of course it is all politics but that applies to both sides. Obama isn't really putting meaningful entitlement reform on the table.
