1. He's been horrible all season. That's why he needs to go.
  2. I didn't expect grossman ,the second worse starting QB in the NFL behind brooks, to light him up in fact he only completed 11 passes total. However Thomas was lit up like a christmas tree all season by every other QB/WR combo he met.

EDIT:"Saints cornerback Fred Thomas and Redskins safety Sean Taylor tied for the most touchdowns allowed in 2006, according to Stats Inc."
  3. Yes Fred Thomas is bad as a starting DB. But he will be quite fine as a nickel back. Not sure what you guys don't get about that.

Makes no sense to release him when he can be valuable as a nickel.
  4. Yeah I know maybe we can just add him to a trade as a throw away trash player
  5. Make a good nickel back??? Or if you paid him a dime, you would GET a nickel back????
  6. Ok, let's cut him.

I'm washing my hands on this one.

It's like trying to salvage a car that's been in a horrible wreck. It ain't worth it.
  7. he'd make a good nickel back if he didn't have to cover anyone.

  8. He's had multiple horrible seasons.
  9. I think his problems started last season. Before that he was actually a credible DB in this league, otherwise the Saints would not have signed him to an extension. Oh wait, we're talking about the "old" Saints. Sorry, carry on.
  10. Great I get to take YOUR MONEY, while making fun of you, and nutting down your moms throat!
