i'm also a current lsu student and throwing cups is very common. It is however about the most childish things a person can do. People have been hurt because of this. I hate this so called tradition more then anything and have written many letters to the editor of the reville but i have never been published. To prove how people can get hurt, furing the florida game a girl sitting 2 rows ahead of me was struck in the head by a full cup and was knocked out. She fell down 3 more rows before she was caught and had to be taken to the hosipital. Thats why the cup throwing has to stop.
