Croyle is not hurt. He had a separated shoulder and has played without his left arm over half this season. He is smart, fast, and has a great arm. Croyle is the toughest kid I have ever seen at the QB position. Pennington is his backup but I dont see him playing at all because LSU wont get to Croyle often. Bama has faced better defenses than LSUs this year and I see no problem. You better run the ball because your QB will find it hard throwing while on his ass. The crowd will be a factor and your lack of respect will be a factor in your 33-20 loss to Bama. Shaud Williams is going to run at will against this LSU team. Roll Tide
As much as I am impartial to Oklahoma, I think Stoops is getting a bit of a bad rap. White didn't play the entire 2nd half. Offensively for OU, they ran 33 plays the 2nd half and 31 of them were rushing plays. EVERYONE for OU saw game action--even the walk-ons! A&M is a decent program and a member of the Big XII. They aren't that far removed of a Big XII title game themselves. They have just as much to offer in recruiting as any other team in that conference. Bottom line, it's not the same as what Auburn did to ULM--where you have a team from a major conference, with seemingly an endless supply of an operating budget compared to ULM. Teams like ULM don't have the money or the man-power to compete week after week against major conference teams (sure, they're capable of pulling an upset--but it's highly unlikely). A&M had no excuse why THEY ALLOWED 77 points to be hung up on them. The Aggie players quit, rolled over and died at the end of the first half.
what lack of respect and whos going to pay for it? are you saying some guy named 'joe' (whos sitting at his computer) will pay for his lack of respect? or are you assuming that Saban, the players, and all the LSU coaches are "disrespecting" the tide. alabama may have played better defenses than LSU's, but odds are....they also lost that game
