Crowton: "Not my offense" at LSU

    It just goes to show you if you sound like you are credible and the media backs you up, people will believe in what you say. Why? Because this country is full of stupid people.

    He's making an awful lot of salary up there. Someone or other has to do an awful lot of mouth spinning to justify that.

    Many schools are paying big bucks for coaches. Then you have some coaches that can't find a job. Its always like this. Talk to their peers, you find out who are good coaches and who are not.

    Well it's either believe the horse's mouth (aka Crowton) or some member on here with supposed "inside" info. We'll essentially believe what we want to believe. Sometimes the truth doesn't serve us well and is ignored or cast aside.

    At oregon they averaged 75 plays per game. 45 here for last three years.

    Exactly what he said. Miles like to slow the game down. It has worked well for us. He wasnt dogging Miles, just was telling it like it is. He always wanted to crank it up and roll, but that would go against Miles philosophy.
