Was it ever in question who was better, Crowton or Fisher?

I know he had his problems with the punts, but I'd like to see Holliday get some touches.

Crowton is the man, and that onsides kick was so awesome (even if no yards were gained).

obviously more wide open on the road at Auburn than Jimbo was 2 years ago, and with a less experienced QB.

But it could be Miles who learned from his experience at Jordon Hare, either way, I like the change.

Overly conservative play cost us the game in AU two years ago, and I place that on Fisher, not Miles. When since has Miles been too conservative? He plays to win; in fact, that's what he told the Gameday crew when they asked, "Why didn't you just play for a FG at the end of the game?"

He said something like, "We were going for the kill." I love Miles.

I told everyone before the 2nd half started that we should do an onside kick. I was one kick ahead of even Miles! :):miles:

I take that also as a sign that the coaches BELIEVE in their players, even for Lee when he seems to have caught his rhythm.

    You are absolutely right.

That's aggressive football, both Crowton and Miles. I AM VERY SURE the player LOVE IT too!!!

Jimbo does not have to be bad for Crowton to be good. Jimbo won a lot of football games for us.

No, I think the point was Jimbo was a bit too conservative, esp. in the previous Auburn loss. I remember he had made good play calls , and he is not a bad OC. Crowton is at a different level, IMHO.
