    my review of the decision showed no relevance to the topic. again, the topic was that disturbed/threatening people shouldnt be allowed to buy guns. this dude had a restraining order on him in the past because he told his wife he'd shoot her then himself. anyone that ever threatens that should permanently lose their 2nd amendment right.

    My mistake. I misread you. I took your post to mean that NOBODY should have the right to own a firearm.

    I agree that there do need to be restrictions, especially on people like this. Freedom doesn't come without limitations.
