    I'm continuing my Friday night Tex-Mex tradition. I think burritos maybe.

    I like a burrito with refried beans, beef, diced onions, salsa, and cheese. The girlfriend goes for tomatoes, lettuce, olives, and sour creme and all that salad stuff, but I think it just makes a mess.

    And tortilla chips with pico de gallo, guacamole, and frijole on the side.

    Water boils at 212°F. Doesn't matter if you "hard" boil (full, rolling boil) or "soft" boil (gently, bubbling the liquid through the crawfish). The crawfish will cook at 212°F (+/-).
