I don't eat raw oysters anymore, not sure if was the oysters or the beer but I had an unpleasant experience to put it mildly. Gumbos and stews are the only way I will eat them.

Thanks! They own a crawfish and rice farm down there and they've brought them to me before in great condition.
We had 300 acres at one time and, outside of a refrigerated truck, I've never heard of a better way than what SabanFan just taught me. Ol bastid knows some chit. :hihi:
i hope y'all know all this talk about boiled crawfish is driving me crazy! and making me hungry! i hate oklahoma!
i wish i could, but i am going to be just a wee bit occupied. not to mention i will probably just be eating crackers and chicken noodle soup this weekend. blah
