    The buyout the first few years is meaningless. He gets at least 3 to show what he can do. Not sure what the writer is complaining about.

    He has been a horrible AD, which comes as no surprise. But the buyout in the early years could be 50 million and still would be meaningless. If that's what it took to get O at a bargain rate, Alleva basically got something for nothing.
