Then they shouldn't come looking for public dollars.

Show me this in the founding plucking Constitution.

    Free Religion..

    Its their views

    Its their religion

    Deal with it..:)

Now if you want to attack public dollars, then how about women just go to planned parent hood since we fund that anyway?

Here is the part that gets me about this whole conversation:

If church employees are such great devout believers then shouldn't they make a conscious decision not to use contraceptives, all on their own, without the church looking over their shoulder? No one has brought this up but it sure seems like the church has decided to abandon their efforts to sway the hearts and minds of its congregation with sermons and, instead, adopted a policy of working to legislate their dogmatic agenda.

Its the ENTIRE point behind religion..

The reason you wont see a Jesus statue in a Federal building. It would offend a grip of people....

To your point, if we are truly a free nation, why can't an organization CHOOSE what they want in a health care package????

I think some are missing the point that a lot of women use BC pills or shots not to prevent from having children but for medical reasons. Isn't that what insurance is for?

    Depends on the insurance...

Mine doesn't cover vision.. However, I pay for it out of pocket...

    This isn't a hard concept.

Don't work for a religious organization if you can't/won't pay for it...

I do not really understand why people want to force their beliefs on other people...

You are free to work anywhere you want...

what beliefs that insurance should cover all medical purposes. yes they should. What do you think insurance is for?

No, I am not free to work anywhere I want. You have to qualified. I couldn't be a doctor, nurse, astronaut, etc...etc. You probably couldn't do my job like I probably couldn't do yours.

No. It isn't. Insurance is a transfer of risk, not a pre-paid service plan.
