Well, the only problem with that is he is actually in office past that. That is just the day he gets fired. Sort of.
Unless he tries to declare some sort of martial law to extend his rule......I wouldn't put it past him
Armed Bystander Takes Law into Own Hands During Subway Robbery http://denver.eater.com/2016/1/11/10747672/subway-robbery-aurora-gunman-shooter
Only difference here and with what a cop would've done was that the guy may have been shot in the back while running away.
Here's another one I ran across. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2016/02/2...led-carry-license-shoots-would-be-robber.html
I don't understand why you guys don't love Obama. Every time he opens his mouth and something about guns comes out, gun sales skyrocket. Think of all the laws that have passed now. Pretty soon it's gonna be legal in Texas for a kid to pack a smith and Wesson in his backpack.
That shows how out of control the emotions and rhetoric are on both sides. Rather than run to the extremes and solve nothing why don't we understand a few facts. 1) Gun legislation will not stop killings. Screening for mental illness rarely works. Only convicted felons should be banned from ownership. 2) Guns and ammunition for hunting, personal protection and sport don't need 15 rounds, full auto, armor piercing characteristics. Likewise as in the past guns for military use should be strictly limited. Rather than focusing on these things we should focus on why people use guns and change behavior. Whatever happened to treating others with respect? More importantly treating others as we would WISH to be treated. Man is a violent predator by nature. One function of society is to give us a way to deal with each other without resorting to violence and to funnel that aggression To places that it can be used without harm such as sports. It also demands we not accept breeches of this because our'friends' are the ones doing it. It sort of like Bill Bratton's clean streets policing theory. If you don't allow little violations you'll prevent more serious crime. Rather than find the lowest common denominator we need to challenge and be challenged to be better people. That isn't easy and going to get harder every passing day. I understand it will never be perfect but ar its core violence is a me and you problem not a law problem. If you treat people like animals they'll act like animals. There is too large a portion of our society that doesn't understand this or thinks the E been so alienated there is no reason to conform. You can't stop it by crushing them...we need to educate AND accept them and bring them into our society.
Just wanted to go on record as saying the guy should have stopped and not run from the cops. Do what they ask and you avoid loss of life. That is what we say when white cops kill black perps.
