    Because it was deep into the investigation and already clear he was not likely to find anything criminal. Anybody who thinks James Comey had any interest in exonerating Hillary Clinton is a damn fool.

    Guess what.... Hillary Clinton was neither indicted nor put on trial, which means both these things could still happen without violating her constitutional right against double jeopardy. So, why hasn't Jeff Sessions and the current DOJ reopened the investigation, given this Administration's obvious detest for her? BECAUSE THERE'S NOTHING THERE TO PROSECUTE.
