IMO, the Top 6 will be the current undefeated teams - 1.) Ohio State 2.) Clemson 3.) Baylor 4.) LSU 5.) TCU 6.) Michigan State This is a year where the rankings could easily shake out because the top-ranked teams play each other down the stretch. But, Bama, Ole Miss, Iowa, Michigan (spoiler), Ok St, Florida, Florida State, Notre Dame, Stanford and Oklahoma (spoiler) all have a shot at the playoffs, OR they'll get a chance to play spoiler for the above ranked teams.
Complete myth, check the pictures from TCU vs Wisconsin in Rose Bowl, TCU sold ALL their tickets and tried to get more. Only reason Wisconsin has more fans is the fact they had a month headstart on ticket sales as they knew they were in. The samething went down for the Fiesta Bowl against Boise, both teams packed the place to the rafters. My wife works with TCU doctors that have no qualms leasing a jet (a 100 seat jet) to go out and back to regular season game..........the money is insane. Ohio State fans might pack all the Motel 6's but I can guarantee anything nice is up for grabs, regardless of the price.
They have that kind of money? I always thought TCU were the poor cousins of Southern Millionaires University. Now that SMU is the football poor cousin maybe some of those flying Horned Frog Airline are bandwagon former SMU fans.
Why do they continue to put a team who has not won there conference (at least if it ended today) in a National Championship race.......oh that's right its the Gumps. smh
I told you guys the other day to not be surprised if we were at the top with Bama at #4. I was off by one with us at #2.
