Exactly. People sitting at home know the plays. I dont disregard the suck-age of the LSU Oline. Pitiful.
I cited an article before you posted one. But I knew where it was coming from. Too many people don't trust what they see. Rationalizing via articles doesn't change anything. LSU had no plan B once again.
No, I'm not wondering why we didn't throw more. I know it's because Miles doesn’t know jack shit about offense. I'm saying we should have thrown it more and not just all or nothing passes. The game plan should have called for short high percentage passes and tons of them.
The OL got its ass kicked, plain and simple. There was very little that could have been done with any type of offensive playcalling.
lol you really believe that? There are lots you can do. The problem is, Bama knew we wouldn't try. The middle of the field was open all night. The zone read would have worked and worked the two times we ran it. 2 first downs if I am not mistaken.
I say this every saturday. If Miles would sleep all day saturday, we'd probably win 95% of our games.
Maybe so. I think Miles got spooked after the INT. Also I'm not clear why we didn't run more zone read -- was BH gimpy at all? I thought I recalled a knee issue and perhaps the coaching staff wanted to limit contact. In retrospect, I do agree with you re the middle of the field. There was an INC pass to Fournette that likely would have been a huge gainer. I seem to recall another attempt to get the ball to Fournette on a screen but the throw was hurried.
