Anyone has any update on new faces in the SEC? I hear Matt Luke staying at Ole Miss and I Mississippi State hired Penn State OC but any word on Tennessee, A&M, and Arkansas?

Tennessee is a dumpster fire and can’t find a coach but will probably end up with Tee Martin. Arkansas has been real quiet I haven’t heard anything about their coaching search. There was talk about them pursuing Malzahn, which might be why we haven’t heard anything, keeping it under wraps until after Auburn’s season is over. A&M is pursuing Jimbo Fisher and I imagine after this weekend we’ll hear something more about that.

I wonder if CLM really wants to coach again or what's going on with him? Or is he too old and stubborn to put his ego aside and take a lesser job for the love of coaching.

Now that I think of it, Lane Kiffin deserves some credit taking whatever HC position was open to him. Despite a history of leaving a wake of disaster in his path, he might just grow into a good HC.

CLM has said he wants to coach again but he wants it to be at a school that’s a national contender. No national contender is going to hire Miles. It’s really telling that none of the 6 sec schools that will have a coaching change this year contacted him. Great man, great recruiter, great ambassador for the school due to running a clean program but Damaged goods as far as coaching is concerned. Everyone out there knows the game has passed him by.

It’s a real shame the bottom dwellers in the SEC don’t want him. It shows you how much his refusal to change with the gam3 has hurt him. Great guy and would have made a good coach for a program looking to stay middle of the pack. I thought Moo U might go after him. The real tell is that even the small schools are not interested.

It’s beginning to look like Tennessee may not have any other option but to hire Les Miles.
