I know exactly who he was addressing and have heard the interview twice now. He is crying, IMO, about people who aren't putting his team #1. I find it quite sad. I understand his need to bitch his way to #1 but give me a break. SEC bias on ESPN? ESPN has been the biggest Pro-OU station the last 3 years.
aubbie guy is on crack! He honestly believes aub. was taking it easy on bama...lol... I guess bama was pretending to try and recover the onside kick in the 4th quarter to win the game.
Funny, we must have listened to or watched two different press conferences. He was stating that USC should be scrutinized for every win and their SOS the same as OU and Auburn are.
I know that....and he also makes that ridiculous "I don't want to bring it up or address it" type comments followed by "but I think its important that everyone knows about this contract" blah blah blah Just go win, Bob. The world doesn't all love OU. Some people actually think Auburn is better.
Great points MarineTiger. You don't hear Tubberville saying anything about USC or being all paranoid about ESPN and their supposed "alterior motives". Stoops definitely sounding like a desperate man fighting for his life to try to remain #2 in the BCS. LSU's #1 in scoring defense. We're #1 in total defense. :hihi: He's a paranoid freak.
Hell, he was fighting for his team. Tuberville was fighting for his team the week before. Like I said before, he didn't call a press conference to deliver a prewritten speech about all this crap. He was asked all lead in questions by the local media. I don't fault him. And, he doesn't come off as a whining or complaining pussy to me. I respect your thoughts on the subject. We can just agree to disagree about the situation. I guess.
You know there wouldn't be any arugement if the voters didn't love USC for some ungodly known reason. Who do they play and why do they desever a damn thing. ALL I CAN SAY IS.. Go Irish
All your posts on the subject make you out to be an Auburn fan. You've probably worn out your keyboard by now.
