TigerFan . Don't get me wrong, I agree with you that Fran's thought process is not "ooo . I lost the Iron Bowl I need to do this . " However, I do think either one of two things is going to happen: 1) He's gone 2) He has no intention of leaving and is using this whole situation to only better his position, financially and his reputation, in T'town.

I just can't stomach an Auburn Fan contemplating whats going to happen at the University of Alabama. I'll probably get flamed for this, but thats okay, thats just the way I feel.
I was noticing lurking on A&M boards... that A&M saying they have more tradition than Bama....I think that is the funniest crap I have heard.....and that the Big 12 is better than the SEC, and that the school they are most like in the SEC is Auburn.....all of this is funny as hell......the only 3 schools the Big 12 has to offer is Oklahoma who got beat by Oklahoma st......Colorado who got beat by Colorado st.....and Texas who got beat by Texas Tech.......the SEC has Florida, Tennessee, Us, Bama, Auburn, Arkansas, and even Ole miss as semi strong teams.........and A&M considering themselves comparable to Auburn what a joke.......well both are out in the middle of nowhere....and both play second fiddle to major universities in their state, only way Auburn might be better than A&M is because Auburn don't have gay ass yell boys dressed in all white making complete A$$es out of themselves....and how does A&M say they have more tradition than bama.....only movies A&M have made about them sorta was Junction City boys...and the best little whore house in texas.....which is about right.....A&M ppl made a fool of......at least Bama had the Oscar winning Movie Forrest Gump.....LMAO don't get mad bama ppl......just joking......well in comparing these points I came up with a conclusion.....the best coach that could go to A&M would be Tommy Tuberville, and his magical ears........coach fran is after all the next coming of the bear......
