Those players aren't kickers... The kicker was signed with the thought that he would be a graduate transfer and wouldn't count in the numbers but the NCAA said he had to count and Ed wasn't willing to take his scholly... At least that's what I got out of the article I read...

Isn't next year the year the state is supposed to be loaded with talent?

I was thinking about comments I heard yesterday, but I don't know the situation.

Does LSU have a longsnapper on scholarship?

Yes. The current one. Forgot his name but he recovered a fumble on a punt yesterday. I want to say Ferguson.

Hey loco, there is no such thing as a sure thing when it comes to recruits- much less one from out of state, Bama, at that.

I heard it was grades that caused LSU to back off of Joiner.

That would make sense... Done need to waste a shot on a dude who can't play because of grades... Like Valentine... joiner basically said they dropped the ball and stopped calling and answering his calls... I suspect he is trying to save face though...

Yes. Noah Cain is from Louisiana and is a game changer in the backfield. Immediate impact like Guice/Fournette. They are, and should be, rolling out the red carpet and a relatively open backfield to him. I don't see any of the four competing next year having as much potential as him. Need to take two QBs if possible as well...preferably one HS grad and a JUCO.

We weren’t fretting the scholarship, just the fact that new rules are you can’t oversign, ie process players. Considering we have a strict 25 max, it kinda sucks that one of those goes to a kicker with one year of eligibility left. Not that we don’t need a fuckin kicker, geeze.

What kind of QB's, pocket passer or dual threat? What the hell does Oeaux really want to run? Once again we have one of each on the roster now. Brennan and Narcisse. Hopefully they are both way better than Lee and Jefferson or it's just more of the same old thing.
