    they actually got underpaid relative to what other CEOs of big companies get.

    and its a contract that the company agrees to with the CEOs. i think im against libs on this one. ive never thought CEO pay was a big deal and definately shouldnt be legislated.

    speculation buying played just as big of a role, maybe bigger, than giving lower-middle class blacks govt backed loans. no way you can blame this mostly on HUD.

    no one has mentioned greenspan (aka "The Reagan GOD")
