there is a mencken quote i think applies to climate change as well as TDS "Communism, like any other revealed religion, is largely made up of prophecies." climate change alarmism is based on prophesies of doom in the future. we are fucked we are all gonna cook and die and the earth is ruined, just you wait! of course we are fine now and never been safer from climate, but just you wait until the prophecy comes true! same with trump critics. "he isnt arrested now but i promise they almost got him! doors closing in!" they make claims we cannot disprove because they are predictions about the future. always. non-falsifiable claims. the environmental movement's entire history is this, telling us we are ruined. meanwhile, everything gets better. and the trump alarmists are the same. "we dont know what he will get arrested for and charged with or anything really but we have faith its gonna happen for sure!" they have been saying that literally for years. the rhetorical trick is that the future is by nature unprovable, and never comes. so they make claims about the future. always. never now. and the doors never actually close in. the world never actually ends.
Unless of course you follow actual science and not that junk bullshit that the climate change nuts do. Yes, eventually we will all burn up. None of us will be alive then as it's millions of years in the future. The fact is once our sun starts to die it will begin to expand and the will grow to where the surface of the dying star is not much farther away than where our moon sits today. It's going to get really hot!
Nonsense. Human descendent millions of years in the future won’t give a rats ass about an expanding Sun. Our current physics is an illusion anyway.
