climate change alarmism helps fund this current war because countries like germany phase out their own energy production to save the earth, and just end up buying more from russia, which pays for the bombs to kill ukraine.

trump said this exact thing to the UN, was jeered by the media, and now the exact scenario he was trying to avoid has happened. trump pushed germany to stop buying russian oil, but the media ignored it because the media narattive is that trump is allied with russia, even as he actively pushes policies that hurt them terribly.

issues like this are why @Winston1 needs be more sophisticated about how the media treats trump, and put aside the TDS and ignore media fear mongering

Look I know you are still crying and softly sobbing because Elon bought Twitter but posting in this thread meant for grown ups wont help. Grammar and spelling doesn't hide your absolute lack of basic climate science acumen, basic common sense, your slobbering aligence to the left and your creepy unhealthy love for your demented pedophile president. Bet you get a woody while watching Pedo Joe and CNN. BTW for the 3rd time dinosaurs were and still are on earth at the same time as man.

? Why did the left and DEMOCRATS change the term global warming to climate change?

    Such a bullshit syllogism.

Seriously, how dishonest can you be? Every kilowatt of energy produced from non-fossil fuel sources means less oil and gas that has to be purchased from ANYWHERE, including Russia. Opposition to Russia couldn't have even been imaginable in France, for example, where 75% of its energy comes from non-fossil fuel sources.

    Anti-climate change myths debunked:

    1. Climate changes occur all the time.

Climate is a consequence, not an independent willful entity. Changes in the Earth's temperatures are mostly caused by changes in the amount of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Usually, changes in greenhouse gases were slow, and life had millions of years to adjust. However, there have been several times in Earth's past when those gases increased abruptly, causing rapid temperature increases and MASS EXTINCTIONS of life.

Humans today are emitting enormous quantities of CO2, at a rate faster than even the most radical climate changes in Earth's past.

What's more, any climate change before human civilization is hardly pertinent to human needs in the present and future.

    Anti-climate change myths debunked:

    2. Rising temperatures are a good thing.

Humans need to eat, and they get to do so through enormous systems of agriculture. As any farmer will tell you, changes in weather, temperature, floods, and droughts can have devastating effects on crop yields. What's more, any farmland that might be gained in colder climes, such as Canada and Siberia, is typically quite poor compared to the rich tropical lands whose crops would be devastated by rising heat.

Also, humans needs places to live and to farm. Half of the world's population of nearly 8 billion people live in coastal regions. Sea levels rise with global temperature rises, and even just a water rise of a meter would displace billions of people, at unimaginable cost and loss of life and agriculture. Furthermore, any mention that sea levels were higher in the past, before billions of humans even existed, is largely IRRELEVANT to current exigencies.

how does sea level rise kill anyone? its slow, it doesnt drown anyone. sea level goes up like inches a year. if you are talking about a meter of rise people would have like 400 years to move

the issue is that alternatives are less cheap and reliable so they end up still needing oil and gas, which they are in fact buying from russia.

france is very nuclear powered, which makes them an exception, but your friends on the left have voted down nuclear most other places. germany, as trump said, is hugely dependent on russian oil.

so it has happened without human influence then? abrupt temp changes can happen without humans? seems like this could be a normal earth event then eh?

You are down to 1/8 of a brain cell. The earth has had 1000 times more CO2 over it's 4.5 billion year history. You know nothing less than nothing. During the Triassic and Jurassic the age of the dinosaurs there was 10 times more CO2. As reptiles they needed lush vegetation and warn climate to survive. You are exactly wrong we are dangerously low on CO2. Explain to us professor why it was so warm and lush with with vegetation and abundant CO2 during the Triassic and Jurassic and what caused that, man?

These graphs are simple and easy to understand. Explain them to us idiots.
