    I'd love to see you document that wild claim. The Democrats kissed Bush's ass from 9/11 until around 2005 when it became clear that he didn't have a clue or a chance of success in Iraq. They never did anything to "subvert" the war in Afghanistan, did they?

    I said the last 5 years. They didn't dare attack the war or Bush while 9/11 was fresh in people's minds.

    They wanted to take Bush down and if it meant withdrawing support for the efforts in the mideast, so be it. "The war in Iraq is lost". Sound familiar? It was all about getting power and they didn't give a flying FK about the troops or the war(s).

    BS. It was all about the war and the troops who were being squandered in an unwinnable occupation of a nation that hates us. The troops voted for Obama, you know.

    So its ok when the Republican Minority leader does the samething by saying that the CIA was wrong and lying about Iran stopping their nuclear weapons program in 2007?

    Not really, it's her fight. She can make her case or the CIA can prove their case, I don't know what was said or who is lying.

    But I don't automatically assume the CIA is always telling the truth. Intelligence agents are professional liars and can be bloody well convincing when they have to be. They are especially good at not telling the "whole" truth and eliminating all evidence to the contrary. They have already destroyed hundreds of classified videotapes and documents.

    This all a distraction from the real issue. Pelosi didn't order the CIA to torture. Whether Congress was properly informed about it or not, the perps were in the Bush administration and the CIA.
