Chrome Memory Hog

    I don't think it's the browser that's causing the problem. Well, it is and it isn't. The problem is with Adobe Shockwave flash. To say it sucks giant balls doesn't even scratch the surface of how bad of a product it truly is. Since the Google browser has a built in copy of SWF, that's what's causing your memory issues and slowing your PC down to a crawl when you have 5 or more tabs open that use it. I cannot wait until HTML 5 is the standard, but I've been saying that forever and it hasn't happened yet.
