Well, I had a brain storm, or crazy scheme, not sure which. I went a different direction, and made a cookie that has choc chips, but is not a chocky chip cookie. It is really good tho! I have tested it on my FedEx driver, a group of firemen, and my husband. All give it high ratings. It has ground oatmeal in it, so the texture is nice, and it has a bit of the oatmeal flavor, but not an oatmeal cookie. It aslo has finely grated bittersweet chocolate in the dough, so it is kinda like a chocolate oatmeal cookie with nuts, white choc chips, and semi-sweet choc chips. I call 'em Nagin's Nola Cookies (full of chocolates and nuts). :hihi: Now that I have that out of my system, I can concentrate on a true, simple, no fuss, perfect, chocolate chip cookie.
