When the QB is chucking it 65 times, he's bound to put up some yards. The positive we have to take from this is yes, we allowed 450+ passing yards, and we still won by 26 points. Can't argue with that...

I hope it's an anomaly, but I have some concerns. There usual swagger and confidence was not there so I hope that the D will pull themselves together and tighten up before the October stretch.

Feels ridiculous to nitpick a team that just won on the road by 26 points, in a hostile environment.

Add Hatcher to that list. He's a frustrating player to watch at times. Smith was releasing the ball quickly, but I think it would be a huge oversight if there's not a little concern about the lack of pressure we got on 60+ pass attempts.

Umm, no. That 1050 was over a 3 game stretch.

7.1 yards per attempt is not terrible.

You're absolutely right and I thought twice about starting the thread, but it is a concern.

Maybe he was referring to their point average?

I was surprised to see they compiled that many yards. Most of them weren't relevant obviously. This is the only flag football team we play this year. No worries man. Tigers roll in blowout fashion!!! Tigers dammit!!!

My bad. I had to listen to the last couple of minutes of the game on the radio and misunderstood the fantastic commentators. :)
