I agree with with SabanFan and Krypt, get them both. The mentally ill one in China has to be taught a lesson, or so China will view the situation. It is their country, and they get to carry out justice how they see fit. On the other hand though, the guy who took advantage of the soon to be executed is no better, and should recieve a similar fate.
