Okay, now you guys are just cracking me up about the fried chicken. But Red is right. Piccadilly fried chicken is great--but I haven't eaten that in many, many years. The fat convention stuff was hilarious, too.
i talk about this often. does anyone cook homemade fried chicken anymore? thats the absolute best and something i probably havent had since a child. no one i know ever does. too fn lazy including myself. i think i could make the semis.
only a couple of times a year when the cravings for the real thing get over-whelming. and if yall dont stop this friend chicken talk, i have no doubt ill be frying chicken within the next week.
i love food. i admit it. i definitely live to eat!!! and every time i read good eats i get cravings. the grocery store must love you guys. you add all sorts of things to my shopping list. and yes, chicken for frying is now on my list for the next trip. lol

I fry some legs and thighs about twice a year. After Easter when the suckers get to big for my little cousins to care about them I will kill a few guinnee hins and egg wash em, flour em, and drop em in the turkey fryer. C'est ci bonne.
