There must be a higher penalty for rapists who kill or they have no incentive to leave their victims alive. If we give lethal injections to child murderers, then we must allow child rapists to live forever in small room on bad food. If we must give a lethal injection to child rapists, then a child rapist who kills should be dragged behind a truck over a shell beach really slowly. He could live for hours after all of his skin has been sliced away, especially if we let the victim's parents pour alcohol on him to help prevent infection.
Typical Baseball thread SonnyLoco: Boom RHans: That's what I'm talkin about! Okie: 3 run homer by clark.7-3 bottom 7. Bengal Buddy: CLARK JUST HIT A 3 RUN HOMER!!!
Now that this ****** is going to be off death row, he'll have plenty of time to get "acquainted" with other inmates. If there is any justice to this story, then that is it.
Although I would love to have the evil among us snuffed out, the fact is that the courts get it wrong so often that many innocent people also get killed. Read this. These people would have been killed. They were all innocent. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Day_care_sexual_abuse_hysteria
Yeah that sucks. I have changed my stance of Capital punishment gradually over the last few years. The main reason is because of what you just posted as well as the fact that it is more expensive to execute someone that to hold them in prison for life.
Kill them all..Let God sort 'em out. I would bet that the overwhelming majority of people who end up on death row, for a crime they did not commit, are probably guilty of some other crime that they should be killed for anyway. Refrain from putting yourself in a position that your character or innocence can be questioned, and you have nothing to worry about. There would need to be a reason for someone to be suspected of something to begin with.
If I had my choice between sitting on death row waiting for them to put a needle in my arm or sitting in general population with some angry dude raping my a$$ every night for the rest of my life. Falsely accused or not I'm taking the needle.
