As of right now, the LSU player that has been in the Pros the longest on an active roster, still playing, was also a UDFA. Ryan Clark, he too was undrafted out of LSU. Said to be to small, too slow, too everything out of college, has done well over the years. There is only one NFL stadium that he will never play football in again, anyone know the stadium?

Mile High...even if it's the playoffs.

Serious question that I do not know the answer but would guess the number is really low:

How many straight handoffs with the play designed to run between the tackles did Ford get in his LSU career? Or at least last season?

Ford may not have had a lot of wiggle in his game but seems suited well for the NFL. He'd probably do well in a zone blocking scheme like the Texans that emphasize the "one cut and geaux" philosophy.

Right, because of some kind of condition he has, correct? Something about the air being too thin to adequately provide oxygen to his blood or something like that.

Sickle cell. He almost died the last time he played there.

He has the sickle cell trait. If I'm not mistaken, he doesn't have full blown sickle cell anemia which would have him prone to attacks when his cells sickle, causing severe pain and in some cases, death. But because he has the trait, his risk factor is escalated and the worst case scenario happened to him a few years back in Denver. I think he lost his spleen and maybe another organ and was extremely ill for a while.
