There is more to the story. Pelosi got caught in a lie about her version of the waterboarding and now her colleagues are trying to explain it away. It's no coincidence that we haven't heard a peep from her since that debacle.
Congress didn't "leak" anything here. Congressional leaders made a public statement that they had been told of a program that existed for 8 years but had been shut down because COngress had not been informed. They did not disclose what the classified program was. That information (or disinformation) came out through leaks to the press from "unnamed CIA sources". My bet is that they are telling less than the whole story here. But it will all come out in time. It ain't going to be good enough for Congress. If they allow the Executive branch to bypass them and usurp their authority, they may never get it back. It's going to be a Constitutional issue to them.
