Why from within LSU Corey Raymond it would keep our program close to what the players know , Corey knows the strength and weak spots our defensive players have . Then we could look for a replacement for him that would make sense I think .

Also, Corey coaches our DB's the obvious strength of this defense.

Chavis is used to a pro style offense that gives his defense time, Chavis defense at TAMU will struggle against mobile QB's and pounding rushing attacks, just like it has at LSU the past 3 years.

hands down our defense last year was why we lost our 2 games, it was why we couldn't beat bama, and why we didn't win the SEC. Our offense last year is claiming awards in the NFL this year. Last years (2013) failures were on Chavis and LSU's defense.

This year is a different story, but replace this years offense with last years, and we still lose at least 2. Why? because again our defense this year could not get off the field when we needed them too, just like against Notre Dame yesterday.

A positive note......... We have LF7 and A&M does not
