Don't worry MM, Your man is from the ONLY place that just might have a more currupt political system than our great state of Louisisana. I'm sure the DNC will have more than enough people that are dead, never existed, illegal and the like on the rolls to make up for the ones that decide to stay home and watch Nancy Grace instead of going out to vote. :thumb:

Louisiana is not a bilingual state. In California, of course, they have to put it in English as well as Spanish.

If you can't read a ****ing ballot in English you shouldn't be able to vote in an American election.

English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and Japanese actually. Translations are never an exact science and when you consider the sometimes intentionally jacked up and confusing way that propositions are written and explained, I have little faith that Filipinos (not singling them out BTW, just making a point) among us know what they are voting for or against.

    this I gotta disagree with.
My grandmother is 83 years old. born and raised in Chauvin, Louisiana.
BOTH of her parents were born in Louisiana.
My grandmother never finished school. She speaks English fluently, but struggles to read it. She can however read and write in French quite well.
To my knowledge, she NEVER misses an election, and does her best to stay informed.

I see know reason why she should be disallowed to vote.
