looks like the astros signed none of their top picks. they didnt have a first or second rd due to the woody williams and carlos lee acqusitions. therefore their 3rd and 4th rd picks wanted top pick money since they were the stros first picks. not good logic i dont think. purpura the genius signed neither them or jones from what ive heard. no news im assuming is good news.
