    There's a website from the University of Texas that has links to websites all over the Latin American and Carribbean world (http://lanic.utexas.edu/la/region/food/)

    It has plenty of seviche recipes but not all of them are in English. This is one of the most useful websites and is about the only one I refer to. If you're interested in Latin or Carribbean food at all you should bookmark this one.

    There is a restaurant down here called La Granja and they serve this dish.

    It has every type of seafood in it. I have yet to try it out.

    Now that I read this thread, I think I will take the plunge and let you guys know.
