Any meat can be tender if a man knows what he’s doing- trust me. And before you tell me that boars that big aren’t good to eat - that would be false. If they don’t stink when you put a slice of meat on a skillet they're good. I’ shoot mine in the dark and they don’t know what hit them so there’s no adrenaline going when I drop them. I also take them and put them in the back of my truck and take them to the car wash and wash them off before I skin them. If they even stink after that, at that point, I would not fool with them. I’ve been lucky so far though and I the 10 or so I’ve killled, have not had one bad one yet.
