247Sports network is owned by a Bama fan. Yet, it's his recruiting analyst who set and determine rankings. Do site owners try to influence rankings? I'm sure they do. Heck, some do so publicly including LSU's Mike Scarborough. I recall Mike making a statement several years ago "if Saban is recruiting a DB he deserves a bump in rankings." I thought it was over the top then just as I do now.

Now, getting to the point...

I can't comment on what Tusk has or has not said. However, I can comment on the point you're grossly mistaken with the label of recruiting services being "run & adjusted by a Huge Bama booster."
