I don't get Whataburger very often, either, because there isn't one conveniently near my house. Every other fast food restaurant known to man is within a mile of my house. Off the top of my head: Boston Market, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Sonic, Taco Bueno, Wendy's. And easily accessible on the way home from work can be added: Popeye's and KFC. Fast food is all about convenience...
What-a-Buger? Are you serious? They are horrible. They should be called Mustard-Burger. I've been there a couple of times, and each time I was asked if I wanted less mustard. "Would you like a meat patty with that?" But I guess if puckering up your face after every bite is your thing...

i read this thread and went to get this asap: not my favorite food of all-time, but my random cravings for it are higher than any other place.
Massive mustard on a hamburger is a Texas phenomenon. Most of them don't even put mayo on a burger at all. Hence, my plain and dry burger preference. I only like mustard on a burger if it's mixed with mayo.
I miss Checker's. I make it a point to swing by Checker's every time I go back to my parents house in New Iberia. That and a MONSTER THICK BURGER from Hardee's. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So hungry...
We dont have Checkers in NOLA... we have Rally's... same thing though.... used to get them all the time... Big Buford.... and the fries are amazing... every once in a while I go and grab one... but its just too greasy way too greasy...
