That idiot Gov's remarks made it to sports talk radio in Dallas. It is remarkable when LSU can break through Cowboys, Mavs, Rangers talk. What a joke.

 

He's right on one count, we need a radical change. But his execution was poor, like trying to butcher a cow with a butter knife.

 

Football doesn't cost anything. It makes 10 million.

The sad part is that the fairy tale scare tactic he used makes the state look worse than it already does and could definitely hurt recruiting too. Everyone with more than half a brain knows what he's threatening isn't going to happen, but the damage may already be done. I don't like liberal politicians, but thought this guy might be a little different and smarter. Sadly I was mistaken, he has no clue what he is doing and is in way over his head. Just what the state needs at this time, another loser in the governors mansion.
