That’s clear, and has been presented to fan base rather than behind the scenes. Alleva and Eaux seem to view the media as a tool, but it’s a double edged sword. Probably not a huge concern for those used to working under pressure and a microscope, but Alleva has been beat up pretty good. Hope Eaux and Ponamsky can navigate better.

That ranks 38th in the FBS this season."... they were 3rd in offense in their conference and he was still let go... maybe he's just a hard-ass and difficult to get along with...
