We are losing our ENTIRE identity if . . . If we can't retain Jimbo and Muschamp, you won't recognize the team that LSU fields next year . . . and I don't mean to imply that you will be pleasantly surprised.
2002 OSU was 87th overall in total defense, 74th in scoring defense with 27.8ppg 2003 OSU was 77th overall in total defense, 56th in scoring defense with 24.6 ppg. 2004 OSU was 75th in overall defense, 49th in scoring defense with 24.4 ppg. Now these aren't spectacular numbers but they have shown improvement each of the past 3 years and that was with far inferior defensive talent than he will have here at LSU. Miles wasn't my 1st choice but now that it is looking like he will be our new head coach I will support him and am looking forward to see what he can add to our team and how we will improve offensively next year.
It is now, Clay is coming: http://story.scout.com/a.z?s=181&p=...=http://oklahomastate.scout.com/2/336884.html Whether it's for DC or another position, who knows. Sign the petition so he'll know he's in for some heat if he names him DC: http://www.tigerforums.com/showthread.php?t=24143
