"Remember the Alamo!" "Remember the Maine!" Worked then but I don't think it would have the national effect of rallying the majority of Americans around a single cause unless all segments of the political spectrum felt threatened or offended by the event. 9-11 had that effect in the days and months following the event but it didn't take long for many Americans to put it on the back burner and move on as the inexorable cycle of news rolled on.

No,t he betas will capitulate like France.

I dont think that is the case anymore. I truly believe there is a section of our people that would welcome the Red Army. After they take our guns of course.

Did they sensor the Russian trolls and bots who were meddling in our election with fake news? Did they sensor Cambridge Analytica from stealing the data of millions and millions of people? No, they didn't.

I don't know. Why don't you ask FOX news?

They're the ones who have long time contributors quitting because of their hackery.

Yes they did. Only a few got through. Again, you are miss-informed. They even testified as such. Roughly $100,000 worth of "fake adds" made it through and not linked to any one candidate. Unless you do not believe the lying Facebook managers.

Why would I ask them anything? You post more about Fox news than any of us. Maybe you should.

I don’t remember anyone ever saying he gives great speeches. And if they did I instantly disregarded their opinion as folly. I mean if it was a special olympics speech contest he may get on the medal stand but an actual speech with real words? Nah.

I think the "use of social media" is the key highlight here.

The solution is soooooooo simple. Use “social media” for strictly “social” stuff. Nothing of substance just pork chops, selfies, and relationship status.

We, as a country, are too lazy, tribal, and stupid to not be sucked in by “social media.”
