Why? TCU has just as rich a history. TCU also has more national championships than Auburn does.

I thnk if TCU were to join the SEC .. Texas, TTech and A&M would be crying!!! TCU would be able to really compete for the great talent in Tejas and leave those programs gasping for air.

Not throwing an iron in the fire here, but I really think some may be getting ahead of ourselves. Granted there is a post with a report that looks rather incriminating, but I think jumping from Cam being ruled ineligible and AU being sanctioned due to this, to AU being dropped by the SEC and replacing them is a big leap. I know it is just idle debate on a big what if, but I don’t think any of us really WANT to see AU replaced in the SEC. Not that they aren’t replaceable, but should this story actually take that turn that is implied in that report the fallout for the entire SEC would be worse than anything we have ever seen in modern college history. The image of the SEC would be destroyed, no matter what action they took.

I dont know bro...maybe Im just not one for change. The SEC has been the most dominant and feared conference for the past decade (at least) the way it is now. I grew up looking forward to playing the Auburn game and I love hating Auburn.

With TCU.....I could care less. And I still see the potential of them being no better than Vandy, Miss St, or Kentucky in the SEC.

all i'm saying is that if they find that auburn did all that stuff, then screw em. the only reason i enjoy playing them every year is because i love to beat the hell out of them because i cannot stand them. if they got booted from the SEC, screw em.

They were allowed in 1957. Give them 10 yrs no shollies and limit them to Vandys numbers in total players. They'll get the picture.

They're already doing this. Demo of one whole side of Ammon Carter is on December 5th, the day the BCSNCG is announced. Coincidence?

Sweet, I absolutely love downtown Fort Worth. That is one of the most underrated cities in this country.

You mean like the baseball team that just went to the CWS or the football team that is 35-3 over the last 3 years and 15-3 against BCS schools. Two of those losses are against Texas and Oklahoma.....I think it is fair to assume anyone could also lose to those teams. MSU???.......have you ever been to Ft Worth?...........there are TCU fans that can write a check for the entire town of Starkville.:geauxtige
