Indeed. I was simply clearing up the way it would have to be gotten. A customer can not get a copy of texts just because they want it. AT&T won't do it.
This showed up in our Cam Newton thread this morning. Enjoy. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fiL5UJmkfco&feature=youtube_gdata_player]Video[/ame]
After reading that all you would have to do is throw in a ex Ole Miss quarterback turned attorney and you would have the next John Grisham novel. IF all of this is true Auburn is going to be in for a world of hurt.
Yes. They might even get the death penalty. Which would be good for frickin Saban. I just hope they get this sorted out in time for LSU to get the bowl game it deserves. And in time for pollsters et al to realize the LSU loss to Auburn (close loss on the road) shouldn't count. Auburn's cheating may well have cost us a shot at the NC.
What's all this I am hearing about SACS accreditation, and Auburn possibly being ineligible to even be in the SEC?
Been surfing different sites today looking for updates on this story. I am seeing many references made to the Tiger Droppings post some have mentioned here. Pretty crazy stuff, and whoever put all that information together must have a lot of time on their hands... :geauxtige
If you took the time to read the entire post to the link provided, should it prove to be true this could be bigger than just AU. Which might explain why so many AU fans are so cavalier about it. Knowing that this has been going on for years, the SEC and the NCAA have had some knowledge of it, and for the most part have done nothing. I can see how AU fans may be thinking this will get swept under the rug, because of the possibilities of how big it is. If you read the entire thing, you can see how it bases its premise on the 6 degrees of separation, but speculates that much of college sports has been run this way for yrs. Implying that the NCAA and the SEC have been almost covering it up to keep the Feds out. One could make the assumption that the NCAA may have been handing down sanctions on certain programs in an almost sacrificial lamb mentality. Sanction this program and that program, here and there and no suspicions will ever be raised. If all of what is in that report turns out to be true, this won't only be bad for AU it could potentially take down the entire SEC and possibly the NCAA. Either someone went to great lengths to put all of that together or there is possibly a shred of truth behind it. Either way there will be a cloud over AU, the SEC, and possibly the NCAA just because a rumor like that can get out. All of this said, not real sure what to make of it, but it is going to be interesting to see if any of what is in that post comes to light. We could be in for a very entertaining, but scary, ride.
No, and if you took the time to read that thing it would definitely shed a light on that thought thats for sure. If almost reads, to me that is, as though the entire thing is almost run by a mofia type ring. Of course you have to use your imagination and take the report even further than it goes, but it isn't that far fetched to think that way, again if you read the entire thing.
It really is a must-read. What a cast of characters, that's for sure. To me, it really does seem believable, especially when thinking along the lines of "you can't make this stuff up." :geauxtige
