How about the progression of players...that solely rest upon the shoulders of him and his coaches....the the defense has progressed from last year...why you ask...cause Chavis grew some nuts and told Les that this was HIS defense and he would run it HIS way!!! The offense is the same inept offense that we have seen since JR was running the show...the only problem is JJ and JL DO NOT HAVE THE RAW TALENT that JR had to make Les look good by winning games in the 4th quarter. Last season the team that played the 1st game was the SAME EXACT TEAM that played in the bowl game...NO PROGRESSION WHAT SO EVER. And just sit back and watch cause while the defense has improved the offenses is the same damn sh!t. And what is this respectable schedule you talk about so far. UNC - 1-2 ...the beat Rutgers...Woooooooooow Vandy - 1-2....the beat Ole Miss..which I called it yesterday...OLE MISS WILL LOSE EVERY GAME, BUT NUTT WILL FIND A WAY TO BEAT MILES Miss St - 2-2....beating Memphis and a UGA team that is in a tailspin. WVU...I'lll give ya credit for they were a good team and will win the Big East other then WVU.....its a stretch calling the teams we played respectable. HOWEVER....I am more then willing to come on here and admit that I am wrong IF Les somehow comes through the rest of the season...are you man enough to do the same if he doesnt?????
Oh, I am not saying Jefferson is a good QB, he is not a QB at all, been saying this a long time ago. Either way, throwing him yet another QB into the fire is not going solve anything. My comment was more about the OP writing a post of saying people were haters yet he proceeded to hate on a player. The irony is great.
yeah this is a pretty terrible thread. the les miles apologists are holding onto what they can. and it aint much. its easier to blame the kid they dont want booed instead of the 4 million dollar man under the big hat. oh the irony. this isnt on JJ. its on leslie.
That's exactly my perception last night when I saw him starting to frown again on the sidelines........Got to toughen up between the ears. I do hope the offense changes character with a different QB at the helm. I have seen enough of the simplified play calling because of JJ. I also feel that I am not a hater; it is just frustrating to see such talented offense underperform because of , as Red said, bottleneck at QB.
I am working on it red. I am trying to find a good penalty recap. but for starters, alignment issues on the O-line -- coaching. the facemasks and celebration pens are all player.
