And another stellar illegal, this one in pretty much the only true college town in CA...

"A California Uber driver living in the country illegally has been charged with raping, assaulting and robbing at least four young women.

Alfonso Alarcon-Nunez, 39, faces 10 criminal charges, including forcible rape, rape of an intoxicated victim, oral copulation of an intoxicated victim and first degree burglary. He pleaded not guilty to all 10 counts Monday.

Prosecutors say Alarcon-Nunez targeted women who were on their way home from parties. After driving them home, investigators say he would assault the women and steal their property -- including cell phones and jewelry.

Authorities told KSBY that Alarcon-Nunez would collect payment for the rides through Venmo to disguise his identity and his Uber records. Prosecutors say he has also used the alias "Bruno Diaz" and his Venmo username was "Brush Bat."

Dow said Monday that Alarcon-Nunez's alleged victims are between 19 and 22 years old and three were intoxicated when they were assaulted. The alleged crimes are said to have occurred in December and January in San Luis Obispo, a city of about 45,000 with a large population of college students.

Predators in cars parked outside bars or restaurants "jump in front of the actual Uber driver and they will take someone unsuspecting to their home...

Alarcon-Nunez, originally from Mexico, returned to the U.S. illegally after a voluntary deportation from New Mexico in 2005. Dow did not have details about why he was deported or whether he has a criminal record in the U.S."

So he's illegal, already been deported once, we have no idea if he has a criminal record here, but he got hired by Uber which means he has a license, and there is no computer record for Uber to search and determine his legal status. Motherphucker. Important though for all of you who have wives, sisters, daughters who are responsible enough to take Uber when they are intoxicated, they need to be aware of the scam being pulled as noted above in bold.

California is debating to label coffee a carcinogen.

“So the only thing safe is boiled or steamed food? That’s ridiculous,” said Warren Fong, a retired oncologist in Orange County, Calif., who said he believes Proposition 65 warnings have become useless. “You don’t scream warnings at people when the risk is really low and can’t change behaviors.”

State Senate Democrat Tony Mendoza is currently on a (paid) leave of absence while being investigated for multiple instances of sexual harassment and giving alcohol to a minor. But he managed to get out and about on "official" bidness.....

Out on a boat in Long Beach harbor....with high school students as part of the Young Senators program. Dumbphuck said nobody gave him instruction on how to behave on leave (duh, NO official business) and well, his leave does end this coming Friday.

Let me know if y'all see any California girls in that pic.

    Can't have plastic straws!
    http://reason.com/blog/2018/01/25/california-bill-would-criminalize-restau
Calderon, the Democratic majority leader in California's lower house, has introduced a bill to stop sit-down restaurants from offering customers straws with their beverages unless they specifically request one. Under Calderon's law, a waiter who serves a drink with an unrequested straw in it would face up to 6 months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.

So some 16 year old kid says straws are bad and Califuckedup goes along with it? How long before they want to change the national anthem to the theme from Spongebob Squarepants.
