Cadillac Williams to return for senior year

This has been a long freakin thread. Don't feel like looking up all of the history on pages 1-5 but just wanted to say I think JC and MR are similar type QBs. They can perform well when there are good players around them. If one of them had a shaky O-Line like it sounds Auburn had, that can definitely be the reason why the QB struggles. However, Russell will most likely be our QB next year. If the rumors are close to being legit, he may become the best LSU QB of all time. Of course, that's high praise for someone who's never played a down of college football but I expect the offense to evolve around his abilities.

 

no doubting his talent or his potential. Sure wish we would've landed him at Auburn. I think Chris Leak will be special too. There's a whole host of really young QB talent out there right now.

I've also been hearing quite a bit about the Brohm kid that just announced commitment to UL and Shane Boyd has been making noise now up at UK. Boyd's a real playmaker. He's been in Lorenzen's considerable shadow for so long that nobody knows much about him. He's gonna be a nice surprise to watch, just like MR.

 

By "UL" you mean Louisville, right?
