Cadillac Williams to return for senior year

I could stomach the lone single loss of the season to UF or any other SEC team. Had that single loss come from AU, my stomach would still be gurgling.

 

And that dhead is why we all have opinions.

OK the class issue, I wont even touch with a 12 ft stick, because its a vicious endless circle of blame on both sides.

Well he actually was talking about AU, so no not really. But come on, its almost a requirement to be on the defensive here some days, because theres nearly always something offensive said about my school. And yes, Ill defend it till the day I die, even if it doesnt change a single idea that you have about Auburn.

On to the culture thing. Of course I know that all college towns are different in their own ways. But no matter what people at any other school says about the people at another, it doesnt change the fact that the people there are just kids. And we are all human and for the most part, the kids at AU and the kids at LSU are all relatively the same except for the colors they wear. Couldnt the arrogance of your friends just have been their particular personalities? I mean if they changed while they were there its not necessarily because they were at Auburn. People grow up while they are in college. Hell Im not the same person I was when I graduated high school and started at Auburn, but all the people I know wouldnt say that I came away with some huge ego simply because I went to Auburn. There is no way you can blame their change in attitude completely on the school they attended. Would you disagree with me if I said that the same could be said for some people who graduate from LSU?? It just seems like you are generalizing AU folks into arrogant ones simply because they attended Auburn. Thats just how it came across to me, Im sure you wouldnt apply it to everyone. But its common knowledge you cant judge a whole population of people based on the actions of a few you knew.

And oh dhead, I wish more than anything else that we had been your only loss. It would make me so happy to see you just eating away at your insides over that. Why dont you re-focus some of all this energy you have to something more productive?? Ill bet that Sporting News photo is the wall paper on your computer just so that you can get a chuckle everytime you turn on your computer. Find a new hobby!

There are several reasons for the percieved hatred of AU by LSU fans. First other than the last two years there have been some epic battles between LSU-AU in the past ten years usually with the SEC West on the line. While that can fuel a bitter rivalry it isn't anything compared to the fuel thrown on the fire by Tub-O-Chit!!!! He has been the most classless, smug, arrogant, and disrespectful coach since Bobby Knight. Jumping on the Tigers Eye, smoking cigars, kicking field goals while the band is on the field and the list goes on and on. Most Tiger fans don't dislike AU fans, in fact AU fans have been some of the best to talk football with. It's the coach that everyone in Tigerland loaths and is the main reason for the ill feelings shown towards AU. AU should have ditched Tubby when they had the chance. A program with AU's tradition could do and deserves better IMO.:dis: :dis: :dis:

 

Im very aware of the nastiness, by both LSU and AU fans. The way I see it we should all just put it behind us, there havent been any incidents these past 2 years. Cant we just move on?? But it just doesnt seem like a few of the guys over here want to let it go and move on.

And no matter what anyone says about Tubs, its very obvious that his players love playing for him. Thats why in the past 2 years 5 possible NFL draft picks have stayed to finish out their collegiate careers at Auburn. But thats MY opinion, and Im very well versed on how you all feel about him.

LMAO, Morgan you are vicious. And no, the SN photo is not my wallpaper. I happen to switch about 10 LSU wallpapers from time to time. However, I do have plenty of AU photos from photoshop I will post on the appropriate threads. Stay tuned.
