Finally got the new cable modem activated this morning. Our cable provider is the worst and it took four tries. Anyway, my download speed is now 432 mbps when just before switching out, it was 211 mbps. A pretty good upgrade!
that sucks it was a pain to activate. used to be you had to call em and tell em the number on the modem. then the last one i activated, when i turned on my computer and connected to the modem, it just asked for my account number and password and sorted itself out, i never had to call the cable guys.
