2011's team was a far better rushing team than 2003. Other than that, statistically they are identical.

I dunno. I think he doesn't have anything "new" to offer.

Either way, I dont think you could "clearly" say 2011 was better than 2003 or 2003 better than 2011.

Splitting hairs honestly. I guess my point is that 2011 was overshadowed by a better 2011 Bama D.

The 2011 team beat 3 BCS bowl winners that season, and won the SEC. I like SEC championships.

    Good, 2003. It's settled then.

Same record, beat the only team that beat them. I'd take 2011's D before 2003's any day of week without blinking.

    Let's see.

Arguably the greatest defense in the history of college football (2011 team).

I wonder how we stumbled upon that.

How can you say that. 2011 Bama was ranked higher not to mention the 2003 team, the USC D's etc.

    Yea, its arguable.

Chavis is good, but I think he is past his prime. No doubt he deserves credit for what he has done. I just don't trust the man when the game is on the line anymore.

I am also assuming most took this pole as a "keep Chavis or fire Chavis". It's not.

    It's a faith assessment.
